Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a qualified CNC service engineer to install, align, and commission CNC machines at client sites in Malaysia. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues, provide on-site maintenance, and support after-sales services, ensuring minimal downtime.

Based in Puncak Alam, Selangor, the role requires 3–5 years of CNC experience, willingness to travel, and strong communication with customers to deliver reliable service and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related.
• 3–5 years' experience in CNC machine installation or service.
• Familiarity with CNC control systems.
• Willing to travel for business trips.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, and commission CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in CNC machines.
• Provide technical support and maintenance during and after warranty.
• Assist warehouse with outbound shipment preparations of CNC machines and accessories.
• Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
• Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
• Provide on-site training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed.
