Job summary

Maica Laminates Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to oversee CNC machining operations, including milling and lathe programming, setup, and optimization. The role focuses on achieving quality, productivity, and cost targets while driving improvements across production lines.

You will lead manufacturing planning, commission new equipment, and work with engineers and teams to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing industry experience.
Experience in CNC machining, milling, and lathe operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage CNC machining operations and programming.
Supervise manufacturing activities to meet quality, productivity, and cost targets.
Lead manufacturing planning and production line implementation in collaboration with departments.
Commission new equipment and optimize processes with upgrades and troubleshooting.
Monitor process performance and implement controls to ensure consistent production.
Drive continuous improvement in process yield, quality, and cost.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and regulations.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve efficiency and performance.
