Job summary

MECHATRONICS MALAYSIA seeks a CNC Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize CNC machining programs for new product introductions and mass production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust processes, quality, and lean improvements.

Requirements include a Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and 3–5 years of CNC programming plus hands-on milling/turning experience, with proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam, NX, or SolidCAM.

Qualifications

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for NPI and mass production.
• Read and interpret drawings and GD&T to ensure part quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC programs using CAM software during NPI.
• Optimize NC programs for efficiency and repeatability.
• Support assembly with debugging and modifications in mass production.
• Design and optimize fixtures/jigs for stability and productivity.
