Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for precision components.
• Define machining workflows, cutting parameters, tooling solutions, and fixture concepts.
• Lead new product trial production, process validation, and mass production introduction.
• Analyze and resolve machining quality, efficiency, and yield issues.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs through process optimization.
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and technical standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operators and technicians.
• Work closely with design, quality, and production teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct process feasibility analysis and customer technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of CNC machining process engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining centers, precision machining, and multi‑axis machining processes.
• Familiar with tooling selection, fixture design, and machining optimization.
• Proficient in Mastercam, UG NX, PowerMill, or similar CAM software.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments.
• Good project management and cross‑functional communication skills.
