Job summary

UIS Technologies in Malaysia is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to support manufacturing operations. The role requires the ability to interpret simple technical drawings, set up tools, and carry out basic dimensional inspection to ensure conformance to specifications.

The incumbent should be able to adjust offsets, perform test cuts, and buy off, while understanding and editing CNC programs to meet tolerance controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent or relevant working experience.
• At least 2 year above of working experience in the related field.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Mature in personality and positive working attitude.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Interpret simple technical drawings and perform tool setup.
• Perform basic dimension inspection.
• Adjust offsets as needed and perform test cut and buy off.
• Understand and edit CNC programming to meet tolerance requirements.
• Perform setup from tool setup to quality buy off.
• Troubleshoot and fine-tune independently.
• Repair and modification on jig and fixture.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workplace
