You will measure parts to verify dimensions per plans, attend to equipment malfunctions promptly, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes maintaining quality and adhering to specifications, with communication to engineers and supervision as issues arise.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve production equipment issues.
• Set up and adjust CNC machines to specifications.
• Ensure quality measurements and dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in trouble shooting and do setting to machines
• Measure part to verify dimension as per plan
• Attend to malfunction of equipment / machines at earliest possible time
• Responsible for machine down time
• Perform Preventive Maintenance for machine or equipment
• Feedback / Communicate any problems or happenings to the Engineer / Supervisor at all times
• Ensure quality products are produced and right setting of machines conducted based on the required specification / drawing
