Job summary

Valley Tools Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist familiar with FANUC controllers to join our production team. You will set up and operate CNC machines, perform tool setting and offsets, and read engineering drawings to meet precise tolerances.

Candidate should have at least 2 years in CNC machining, with hands-on FANUC experience and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• HANDS-ON experience with FANUC controllers.
• Read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines with FANUC controllers.
• Perform tool setting, workpiece alignment, tool changes and offset adjustments independently.
• Read engineering drawings and follow machining specifications and tolerances.
• Edit and adjust existing CNC programs when required.
• Inspect machined parts using measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot common machining issues and report machine faults to the supervisor.
• Carry out routine machine care and maintain a clean and safe working area.
