SHOWA METAL ADVANCE SDN. BHD. in Pekan Nanas Johor is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator. You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce metal components according to precise specifications.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, ability to read drawings, program and run lathes, mills and routers, and a diligent, team-oriented mindset. You will also perform routine maintenance and keep detailed production records.

Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at SHOWA METAL ADVANCE SDN. BHD. in Pekan Nanas Johor. As a full-time CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, using state-of-the-art computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal components and parts.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to manufacture products according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and other documentation to set up and program CNC machines
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the manufacturing process
• Collaborate with the production team to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the manufacturing process

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and other manufacturing documents
• Hands-on experience with programming and operating a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality output
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with other production staff
• Good communication and documentation skills to maintain accurate records
• Certification in CNC machine operation or related technical training an advantage
