Job summary

You will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, respond promptly to breakdowns, and work with suppliers to ensure safe, efficient operation. This role requires a disciplined, independent worker committed to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently and respond to machine breakdowns.
• Responsible, disciplined and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic machine problems.
• Attend to machine breakdowns promptly and minimize machine downtime.
• Carry out machine inspection, servicing, repair and replacement of faulty components.
• Monitor machine condition and ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and spare part.
• Support machine installation, relocation and commissioning
• Coordinate with machine suppliers/service technicians when required.
• Support Production and Engineering to ensure smooth and continuous production.
