Job summary

CHING HAI SWITCHBOARD MANUFACTURER SDN. BHD. is seeking a CNC Laser Cutting Operator to read engineering drawings and set up the laser cutting process for production.

You will cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and other approved materials with attention to thickness, dimensions, and tolerances. Experience operating a CNC Laser Cutting Machine is advantageous, and familiarity with sheet metal fabrication or switchboard manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings
• Experience operating CNC Laser Cutting Machine is an advantage
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or switchboard manufacturing is preferred
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming and laser cutting parameters

Responsibilities

• Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and cutting specifications
• Operate and set up CNC Laser Cutting Machine for production
• Perform accurate cutting of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and other approved materials
• Check material thickness, dimensions, cutting quality, and tolerances
• Identify and report cutting defects, machine problems, or material issues
