Job summary

You will assist with machine setup, material handling, and quality checks, learning to read drawings and use basic measuring tools while maintaining a safe, collaborative work environment. This is an entry-level role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Willing to learn CNC laser cutting and bending operations.
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Able to perform physical tasks and handle materials safely.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with machine setup, material preparation, and production work.
• Load and unload metal sheets and parts safely.
• Support laser cutting and bending operations under the operator’s supervision.
• Learn to read technical drawings and use basic measuring tools.
• Check finished parts for dimensions and visible defects as instructed.
• Sort, label, and arrange parts for the next production process.
• Assist with daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean and follow safety procedures.
• Report defects, machine abnormalities, or production issues to the operator or supervisor.
• Assist with other production duties when required.
