Mokko Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor, is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead our production team and ensure every order is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

You will plan and supervise daily CNC cutting, edge banding, assembly, and quality checks; train machine operators; review drawings and cutting lists; monitor daily output, reduce waste, and coordinate with designers to meet delivery targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• CNC operation experience and ability to run machine tools.
• Experience supervising a production team.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on approach to quality and safety.

Responsabilités

• Plan and supervise daily CNC cutting, edge banding, assembly, and quality checks.
• Lead and train machine operators and coordinate work between production stages.
• Review drawings, cutting lists, materials, and machine settings before production.
• Solve production issues, reduce material waste and rework, and monitor daily output.
• Coordinate with designers and other teams to meet delivery schedules.
