Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Malaysia seeks a technician to support machine troubleshooting, coordinate with PM and production teams, and drive productivity and OEE improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration with cell leaders to meet KPIs and ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering (electric/electronic/mechanical/mechatronic/robotic/automation).
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Support machine troubleshooting on major and minor issue, elevate to the management for any issue highlighted.
• Work with PM team to share the machine issue and to advise part to be withdrawn/replaced
• Support productivity and OEE
• Support for MTS job descriptions, work with production team to meet the KPI, output as priority
• Work with work cell leader to improve productivity
