Job summary

STMicroelectronics Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to support manufacturing operations in Johor. The role emphasizes troubleshooting HR-related issues, collaboration with project teams, and driving productivity and KPI delivery.

You will work with the production team and work cell leaders to improve efficiency while providing HR support. ST values DEI, ethics, and a sustainable approach to people development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support machine troubleshooting on major and minor issues, escalating to management as needed.
• Collaborate with PM team to report issues and advise parts to be withdrawn or replaced.
• Support productivity and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Assist MTS job descriptions and work with production to meet KPI, prioritizing output.
• Collaborate with work cell leader to improve productivity.

YOUR ROLE

• Support machine troubleshooting on major and minor issue, escalated to the management for any issue highlighted
• Work with PM team to share the machine issue and to advise part to be withdraw/replaced
• Support productivity and OEE
• Support for MTS job descriptions, work with production team to meet the KPI , output as priority
• Work with work cell leader to improve productivity
