InterContinental Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Club InterContinental Manager to lead the Club InterContinental team, uphold luxury service standards, and enhance guest experiences. You will oversee operations, budgets, and staff development to ensure exceptional service across all guest interactions.

You will champion the brand, manage VIP requests, and coordinate bespoke experiences while driving continuous improvements in guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration.
• 4 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including management experience.
• Friendly and great knowledge about IHG brand and F&B outlet/ foods.
• Having self-transportation is an advantage.
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with clients and the guests.
• Basic calculation skills are used frequently.

Responsabilités

• Assist, directs and maintains all aspects of the operations team across Club InterContinental by ensuring product quality and that optimum service is provided to all its guests.
• Assist the Rooms Division Manager in preparing and maintaining all expenses for the department in line with the budget and review monthly financial results.
• Actively support the up selling initiatives of the Front Desk with relevant feedback.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all customers and guests to exceed their needs.
• Take action to address needs to exceed expectations and create a positive hotel image.
• Coach staff to uphold brand standards and train on guest-focused procedures.
