Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Cloud Computing Support Specialist to provide technical and solution support to customers and partners via tickets, phone, email, and meetings.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with engineers to meet customer performance requests, while developing service FAQs and sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience with Linux, cloud basics, networking; knowledge of security, big data, AI, databases, and coding is a plus.
• Cloud-related certifications are advantageous.
• Good communication and customer service skills; able to work in a collaborative team.
• Willing to work in shifts; guidance and training provided.

• Provide technical and solution support to customers and partner through tickets, telephone, email, meeting.


• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis. Handle service tickets based on the SLA requirements and templates.


• Interface with engineering partner/on-site engineer to fulfill customer function and performance request.


• Develop service FAQs and cases periodically based on service requirements, and share with others.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.


• Required skills: Linux, basic cloud and networking. Knowledge of security, big data, AI, database, docker and coding experience would have added advantage.
