Job summary

Collabera is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to design, implement, and support secure, scalable Azure cloud solutions from Malaysia. You will drive architecture discussions, translate business needs into technical designs, and lead cloud migration and optimization efforts.

The role requires 6–8 years in infrastructure design, hands-on Azure/Docker/Kubernetes, and the ability to guide multi-cloud DevOps practices within a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in infrastructure solution design and implementation.
• At least 3 years in cloud architecture/operations, preferably Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, networking, storage, high availability and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL/Managed Instance.
• Understanding of cloud security, identity, governance, and data protection.
• Multi-cloud and DevOps/release-management experience are added advantages.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure cloud architectures for secure, scalable, and high-performance environments.

• Manage Azure compute, networking, storage, identity, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Deploy and support Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and related cloud services.
• Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, proof of concepts, and architecture reviews.
• Support RFP/RFQ responses, cloud sizing, cost optimisation, and technical proposals.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support automation, IaC, and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Ensure security, governance, availability, performance, and successful operational handover.
