Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking a Cloud Product Management Specialist to own the full PDLC for in-house cloud products, from vision to commercial success, and to identify scalable, multi-tenant solutions.

The role requires leading customer discovery, market analysis, and business-case development, with close collaboration across Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, Security and Sales to launch value-driven cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years in cloud, product management, solutioning, software platforms or commercialisation.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related discipline. Relevant cloud, product-management, agile or commercial certification is preferred.
• Product vision, discovery and roadmap; full PDLC management Cloud platforms, SaaS and recurring-revenue models
• Agile backlog, release and lifecycle management Stakeholder leadership and commercial communication IP, licensing, security and operational governance

Responsibilities

• Own the full PDLC from vision, strategy, roadmap and commercial success of in-house cloud products and reusable intellectual property.
• Identify repeatable customer problems and convert proven delivery assets into scalable, multi-tenant and supportable cloud products.
• Lead customer discovery, market analysis, competitive assessment, business-case development and product-market-fit validation.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, service tiers, architecture principles, security controls, integrations and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise the product backlog and releases based on customer value, strategic differentiation, revenue potential, delivery effort and risk.
• Work closely with Cloud Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, Security, Managed Services, Sales, Finance, Legal and Delivery from concept to launch.
• Establish ownership and protection of source code, reusable components, documentation, trademarks, licensing terms and other product IP.
• Define pricing, packaging, unit economics, consumption model, margin targets, partner incentives and go-to-market plans.
• Drive product launch, sales enablement, customer onboarding, adoption, service operations, roadmap feedback and continuous improvement.
