Job summary

AXA Group Operations in Malaysia seeks an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer to design, deploy and maintain cloud services across Azure and AWS. You will work with Red Hat OpenShift, Helm and IaC (Terraform), optimizeCI/CD pipelines, and ensure security, monitoring and reliable operations.

Strong scripting in Python/PowerShell and fluent English are required, with 3+ years in system operation or DevOps roles.

Qualifications

3+ years in system operation, app support or consulting with server/admin focus.
Linux sysadmin experience; AWS/Azure prod experience; OpenShift is a plus.
Strong English communication; CI/CD pipeline config & admin experience.
Cloud/on-prem design experience; monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana.
Automation using Terraform/Ansible or similar tools; Kubernetes/Docker nice to have.

Responsibilities

Support deployment, configuration and maintenance of cloud infra (Azure/AWS).
Work with OpenShift environments and application deployments (Helm).
Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform; support CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
Monitor, log, and troubleshoot cloud, OpenShift and deployments; ensure IAM security.
Develop automation scripts (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and support environments across dev/test/UAT/production.
Assist in cloud migrations, system refits and cloud integrations with new/existing systems.
