Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an OpenShift Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to design, deploy, secure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift container platforms for insurance workloads. You will collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and App teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms supporting claims, underwriting, policy administration, and digital portals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, securing OpenShift clusters.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, networking, storage, RBAC.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling (GitOps, Tekton, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with OpenShift operators, machine sets, and SCCs.
• Knowledge of security/compliance for regulated environments (auditability, data residency).
• Scripting and automation with Terraform/Ansible/Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain OpenShift clusters across environments.
• Manage cluster lifecycle, upgrades, and scaling of nodes and operators.
• Configure networking, security policies, and multi-tenant architectures.
