The role focuses on building and managing infrastructure and tools used by capability teams to deploy applications, delivering stable, scalable, and self‑service platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering and operational support for IT platform technologies.
• Ability to deploy and configure cloud services and governance controls.
• Familiarity with automation, IaC, and observability to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure cloud services, apply governance and security controls, optimize resources for cost efficiency.
• Perform full Platform lifecycle administration, performance tuning, root‑cause analysis.
• Build and improve virtualized environments and support storage/virtualization platform upgrades.
• Maintain platform resiliency and contribute to disaster recovery readiness.
• Create automation scripts and deployment workflows to improve consistency and scalability.
• Analyze observability data to identify trends and address performance issues.
