Job summary

SystemSquad Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional for Malaysia-based operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on cloud and Microsoft 365 in production environments, with hands-on responsibilities across Azure IaaS, AWS Windows workloads, Intune, and Entra ID.

You will work with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, certificate management, and PowerShell automation, writing clear client-facing documentation and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in IT infrastructure with at least 2 years focused on cloud and Microsoft 365 in a production environment.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID, including hybrid identity.
• Intune production experience: policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment.
• Azure IaaS experience: VMs, networking, backup, and DR.
• AWS experience with Windows workloads: EC2, VPC, security groups, and backup.
• Solid fundamentals: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and TCP/IP networking.
• PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
• Strong written English; client-facing documentation and incident reports for Singapore clients.
• Ability to work independently across multiple client environments without daily supervision.
