Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join our Kuala Lumpur team.

You will administer Microsoft 365, monitor hybrid identity architectures, configure Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and support multi-cloud deployments across Azure, AWS, GCP, AliCloud and DigitalOcean. You will manage domain/DNS, SSL operations, and governance policies while developing Power Automate workflows to streamline IT and business processes.

Qualifications

3–5 years of cloud engineering or IT infrastructure experience.
Experience with hybrid identity environments (Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Entra ID).
Experience supporting multi-cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, AliCloud, DigitalOcean).
Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based enterprise services.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and monitor Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Troubleshoot hybrid identity and messaging architectures (Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, hybrid Exchange).
Configure Entra ID, CA, SSO, MFA, and service principals for apps.
Manage domain services, DNS resolution, and SSL/TLS operations across environments.
Support information protection, DLP, data governance, and compliance in Microsoft 365.
Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate IT/business processes.
Monitor Azure infrastructure, subscriptions, governance, and on-prem hybrid integration.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
