Clinical Instructor -Medical Surgical Ward

Sunway Medical Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Instructor to join our dynamic Nursing Education team. As a Clinical Instructor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to fresh graduates staff nurses and experience staff nurses in medical surgical ward, ensuring they receive a high-quality and safe nursing care deliver to patients. This full-time position is based in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Guiding and supervising staff nurses in the clinical setting, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and competencies

Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement. Example: bedside nursing, continuous nursing education session, general nursing orientation

Collaborating with the nursing staff to plan and coordinate clinical learning activities

Providing timely and constructive feedback to nursing learners and evaluating their progress

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student performance and clinical experiences

Actively participating in the continuous improvement of the clinical education program

Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for nursing students.

Ensure the nursing competency assessment is carry out within the timeline.

Registered Nurse with a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in a medical-surgical ward or related setting

Demonstrated teaching or mentoring experience in a clinical or educational setting
