Job summary

Ayra Medical Sdn Bhd is seeking a Clinical Assistant for a GP clinic to support patient registration and daily operations. Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior medical experience is required.

You will assist doctors, manage appointments, and handle basic reception duties while working collaboratively with clinic staff. The role offers on-the-job training, a friendly environment, and a basic salary with EPF & SOCSO according to applicable requirements.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• No prior medical or clinic experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite and comfortable dealing with patients.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible with working hours including weekends/public holidays when required.
• Able to work on a rotating shift schedule.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Register and assist patients.
• Handle basic administrative and reception duties.
• Assist doctors and clinic staff with daily operations.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure cleanliness of the clinic.
• Assist with basic clinic procedures after appropriate training.
• Manage appointments, payments and patients records.
• Handle phone calls and patient enquiries professionally.
• Follow clinic protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
