Packxpert Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Support & Client Coordination Executive in Malaysia to manage client queries and coordinate order processing.

The role involves maintaining multi-channel communication via WhatsApp, email and ticketing, while ensuring timely updates to clients. Applicants should have 1–2 years in related fields, with English and Malay proficiency, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years in customer service, client accounts or logistics preferred.
• Strong English and Malay communication.
• Multitasking across ticketing, email and WhatsApp.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to follow up.
• Able to stay calm and solution-focused with clients.
• Experience with e-commerce/warehouse ops is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned clients via WhatsApp and ticketing system.
• Respond to and resolve daily client queries and requests promptly.
• Monitor and coordinate daily order processing with internal teams.
• Coordinate inbound stock arrangements with clients (schedule, quantity, SKU).
• Handle outbound requests including special shipping instructions or urgent orders.
• Arrange and follow up on reverse pickup/returns with clients and couriers.
• Update clients on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and issues.
• Prepare and send memos/notices to client groups (holidays, downtime, campaigns).
• Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to supervisor.
