Job summary

Atlantic Partners Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive of Client Support to join our Client Management team in a hybrid setup. You will handle daily client reports, resolve complex payment inquiries, and collaborate with sales, legal, and technical teams to maintain seamless service.

The role requires strong English communication, knowledge of payments, and flexibility for night shifts. Mandarin language skills are a plus and the incumbent will drive client relationships and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in client support or customer service in payments.
• Willing to work night shift 4PM–1AM and flexible scheduling.
• Knowledge of payment processing, gateways, and FX.
• Knowledge of English; Mandarin preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Customer-centric and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in fiat currencies & remittance/payments.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing clients.
• Manage payment service providers to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales for strategic opportunities.
• Administer VTS clients accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of service.
• Provide daily transaction and balance reports to clients and partners.
• Document and maintain client trade, interactions, and issues in Datasoft.
• Coordinate with compliance to meet regulations.
• Prepare onboarding progress reports with KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
