• Proven track record of managing client relationships in related fields such as hospitality, client success, or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to address challenges and proactively offer solutions.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions per client needs
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory with sales teams
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Provide administrative and operational support such as data entry and calendar management
