Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to join our IT outsourcing company. You will support the Account Manager in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving project delivery.

Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, monitoring project progress, and preparing reports for client meetings. The role offers growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in account management or customer service within the IT industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables, providing updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Support the Account Manager in identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project statuses in the CRM and TAM system.
• Assist the Account Manager and team in any other duties
