Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an account-focused professional to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact and ensuring high client satisfaction.

You will understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop tailored solutions and recommendations while coordinating with creative, production, and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong organizational and implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as new leads and prospects.
• Develop client strategies, proposals, presentations, and other materials, and participate in client meetings as required.
• Work closely with creative, production, media, and other internal teams to coordinate and execute projects and campaigns successfully.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
• Prepare comprehensive job briefs and coordinate projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Manage account administration, including job estimates, billing, invoicing, financial reconciliation, and account performance reporting.
• Set up and manage contest projects, including Terms & Conditions, call scripts, communication copy, winner selection, and overall execution.
• Oversee contest operations, including data processing, compilation, validation, reporting, and call centre coordination.
• Implement and ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage end-to-end project fulfilment, including prize sourcing and procurement, packing, delivery coordination and tracking, contest entry processing and validation, while ensuring timely delivery and SOP compliance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and provide added value to clients.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to support innovation and effective client solutions.
