Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kota Kinabalu seeks a detail-oriented professional to be the first contact for clients and to manage quotations and contracts in an office-based setting. You will prepare, issue and track quotations, coordinate with technical teams, and handle client inquiries with prompt follow-up.

You will also maintain quotation records, review agreements, and support design/layout of proposals, ensuring accuracy and discretion in pricing information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in client servicing, quotation/tendering, or contract administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organised, discreet with confidential pricing information.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Mandarin or Chinese dialects advantageous.
• Experience in architecture/engineering/construction consultancy advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and track quotations for consultancy services.
• Review quotations, cost records and fee schedules to benchmark pricing.
• Issue job sheets and coordinate with technical teams to monitor jobs.
• Attend to client enquiries by phone, email and walk-in; resolve promptly.
• Maintain quotation register and follow up on pending or expiring quotes.
• Prepare consultancy service agreements and contracts occasionally.
• Review LOA and consultancy agreements before execution.
• Update company profile, credentials and documents.
• Design proposal covers and format front matter of proposals/reports.
