Job summary

VISKOU TECHNOLOGY Sdn Bhd is seeking a sales and customer support professional to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will maintain and update sales and customer records, build relationships with new and existing customers, and provide support across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating orders with the warehouse, and handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
• Willingness to learn and strong self-learning ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Competitive basic salary (commensurate with experience).
