Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field; open to fresh graduates.
• PCE / CEILLI / TBE / FIMM certificates are an added advantage.
• Banking & Credit experience or interest is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales targets for deposits, bancassurance, unit trust and lending products.
• Identifies customer needs and provides financial solutions accordingly.
• Attends customers' enquiries on branch products and services and provides feedback
• Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations.
• Builds and maintains business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Plans sales activities with Branch Manager.
• Ensures compliance with AmBank's policies and procedures.
