Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Solutions Developer - Client Operations in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will engage with clients directly to deliver practical solutions from complex requirements, leveraging your expertise in SQL and Python. You will be involved in optimizing and troubleshooting data applications while growing collaboration skills within a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in Data Engineering and familiarity with cloud platforms, as well as being proactive and accountable in their work.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Background in Data Engineering or similar technical roles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with data visualization or dashboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Enhance, maintain, and optimize existing data applications and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers and senior team members while managing your own deliverables.
