• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by generating leads and following up on them.
• Manage sales pipelines and report progress with branch management.
• Market and sell CIMB consumer products, assess customer needs, cross-sell.
• Refer non-consumer lending opportunities to SME or Business Banking units.
• Ensure timely credit/fulfillment processes and proper documentation.
• Maintain client relationships and address complaints; escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CIMB policies and governance.
• Foster teamwork and professional conduct within the branch sales team.
