Job summary

Five Senses Enterprise Sdn Bhd invites applications for the role of Client Servicing & Business Development Assistant in Kuala Lumpur. You will maintain relationships with existing clients, handle enquiries, and support the sales pipeline by generating leads and presenting marketing solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, monitor progress, and help achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in engaging with clients.
• Proactive, responsible, independent and results-oriented.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in client servicing, sales, marketing or events is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle daily enquiries, requests, and follow-ups
• Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and pursue new sales opportunities
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and pitches
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns, events, and marketing projects
• Monitor project progress, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction
• Support the company in achieving sales targets and expanding its client portfolio
