Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide clear, concise advice.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Relevant industry certifications (PCE, FIMM, Takaful) are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment horizons.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans aligned with clients' evolving needs.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell suitable products and services to grow the client portfolio.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and provide timely updates on market trends and product performance.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, credit) to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare relevant reports.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills.
