Job summary

Fendi is seeking a fashion retail specialist in Kuala Lumpur to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a high-end luxury environment.

You will engage customers with upselling techniques, manage client relationships, and ensure accurate POS and inventory operations while maintaining brand standards and a premium store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Fashion/High End Luxury.
• Strong selling skills and good grooming standard.
• Bilingual with the ability to speak a third language is an added advantage.
• Able to manage and prioritise work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Monitor sales performance and KPI achievement; provide feedback on products.
• Nurture and manage customer relationships using CRM tools; ensure high service quality.
• Operate POS, inventory systems and store databases; assist with stock transfers and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product display according to guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and visual merchandising standard.
• Provide meaningful suggestions to improve internal processes and workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
• Monitor individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI
• Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products

Client Management

• Strengthen customer relations, and nurture loyal FENDI customer base also implementing appropriate CRM tools
• Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the customer

Store Operations

• Be able to correctly operate the POS and Inventory Management system, in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input
• Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management

Store Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines (if shop without a backroom stock assistance)

Store Maintenance

• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties
• Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines

Others

• Provide meaninful suggestions on improvement of internal processes and workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Fashion/High End Luxury industry
• Good grooming standard
• Strong selling skills are necessary
• Bilingual with the ability to speak third language an added advantage
• Passionate in high-end luxury goods and willing to commit the retail hours
• Knowledge in operating retail management system
• Able to manage and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
• Able to work effectively and responsibly to deliver upon results required by management, while under pressure
• Team player; able to work collaboratively with others
