Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and build strong professional relationships with client stakeholders.
• Understand each client's business, products, services and marketing objectives.
• Conduct or participate in regular client meetings, prepare agendas and capture decisions and action items.
• Follow up on client approvals, materials and outstanding requirements.
• Translate client requests into clear tasks for internal teams.
• Coordinate designers, video editors, content teams and performance marketers.
• Ensure briefs contain all necessary information before production begins.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with task owners.
• Review deliverables internally before sending them to clients.
• Escalate risks, delays or client concerns early.
• Coordinate monthly content planners, static visuals, reels, campaigns and other contracted deliverables.

Job description

The Client Account Executive is the primary day-to-day communication bridge between our clients and internal team. Your job is to understand what the client needs, translate those needs into clear internal actions and make sure deliverables are completed properly and on schedule. You are not simply a customer service representative. You are expected to develop a strong understanding of each client's business, marketing objectives, campaigns and priorities. Over time, this role can develop into broader account management and operations leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and build strong professional relationships with client stakeholders.
• Understand each client's business, products, services and marketing objectives.
• Conduct or participate in regular client meetings, prepare agendas and capture decisions and action items.
• Follow up on client approvals, materials and outstanding requirements.
• Manage client expectations professionally.
• Translate client requests into clear tasks for internal teams.
• Coordinate designers, video editors, content teams and performance marketers.
• Ensure briefs contain all necessary information before production begins.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with task owners.
• Review deliverables internally before sending them to clients.
• Prevent last-minute requests and production bottlenecks through proper planning.
• Escalate risks, delays or client concerns early.
• Coordinate monthly content planners, static visuals, reels, campaigns and other contracted deliverables.
• Ensure content aligns with approved client strategy.
• Coordinate content shoot dates and requirements with the production team.
• Track approval status and revisions.
• Maintain accurate records of client deliverables and track scope of work.
• Identify out-of-scope requests and potential opportunities to expand services.
• Assist with monthly account reporting and monitor client satisfaction and retention risks.
• Ensure all client requests and decisions are documented properly.
