Job summary

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Science/Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic) fields.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is required.

• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to work in shift and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities and direct work to assemblers and technicians to meet production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to internal and local EHS standards and quality requirements.
• Lead safety protocols, manage performance, and drive problem solving within the team (5S/TPM/6M).
• Review release schedules, capacity, and engineering issues using SAP and related data.
• Coordinate ordering of parts and equipment with planning/engineering teams as needed.
