ARKBIM SDN BHD is seeking a skilled Civil & Structural BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for civil and structural work, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design standards.

You will collaborate with engineers and architects, use Revit, Navisworks Manage or Bentley Synchro to produce drawings and schedules, perform clash checks, and stay updated on BIM technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in structural BIM modeling (min 2 years).
• Proficient in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks Manage, or Bentley Synchro.
• Experience on government BIM projects is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil & Structural BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil & structural engineering principles and be proficient in BIM software.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for civil and structural engineering scope, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.

Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine BIM models.

Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Manage or Bentley Synchro) to create and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.

Coordinate structural elements with other disciplines (architectural, mechanical, electrical) within the BIM model.

Perform clash detection and interference checks to identify and resolve conflicts in the design.

Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Structural Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in structural BIM modeling, preferably with at least 2 years of experience.

Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Manage or Bentley Synchro.
