Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create blueprints and technical plans using CAD tools, and run feasibility or soil tests.
• Track project timelines, control budgets, and order construction materials.
• Monitor active construction sites to verify work matches safety rules and design specs.
• Secure local building permits and follow environmental zoning laws.
• Meet with architects, clients, and local government officials.
• Update and maintain records such as site diaries, progress reports, workforce numbers, and current progress levels.
• Ensure all work carried out by subcontractors complies with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and/or verify site reports and any necessary documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality and safety, and report and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in tracking project schedules and progress, report any delays, and propose corrective actions.
