Job summary

Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP) invites applications for a Civil Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Superior in monitoring and supervising maintenance, remedial, upgrading and renovation works at the PTP area. You will ensure works meet project criteria and company standards.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly inspection reports, coordinating in-house maintenance, evaluating repair requests, attending site meetings, and ensuring contractor compliance with HSSE regulations while

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering, other related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 1 year experience in engineering field (Experience in infrastructure maintenance/ construction is advantage)
Able to provide cost estimates for work including taking data, prepare sketches and diagrams
Able to carry-out monitoring and inspection of works and provide an assessment of the works
Review drawings and specifications pertaining to construction works and repairs
Prepare reports from site visit , surveys or field inspection
Analytical with great problem-solving skills and able to work independently
Possess good communication and English writing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities

Responsible to supervise and monitor of all the maintenance, remedial, upgrading and renovation works carry out by the Contractor at PTP Area.
To prepare monthly inspection report based on checklist planning.
To coordinate and carry out in-house maintenance and repair minor works.
To evaluate, assist and monitor any repair works requested by other section or stakeholder
To attend any site meeting and provide the information required for the meeting
To ensure the compliance with all company policies and procedure during work execution
To assist Superior in ensuring all Contractors comply with PTP HSSE regulation.
To attend training as conducted by the company.
To execute any duties directed by superior from time to time.
