Job summary

MYN Consultants Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam (Kota Kemuning) is seeking fresh/junior Infrastructure Design Engineers to gain practical experience on infrastructure projects across Selangor and beyond in a Civil & Structural consultancy.

Successful candidates will work on design, drawings, calculations, and reports, with exposure to AutoCAD and infrastructure software, in a supportive, growth-oriented environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in a Civil & Structural design environment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to prepare drawings, design calculations, reports, and other technical documents related to projects.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and infrastructure design software is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and preparation of infrastructure and civil engineering drawings.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and supporting documents for project submissions.
• Liaise, consult, and coordinate with approving authorities for submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate with project teams including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
• Participate in site visits and support engineering activities related to earthworks, drainage, roads, utility infrastructure, and associated works.
• Occasional travel within and outside Selangor when required for project purposes.
• During construction stages, assist the Team Leader in coordinating with site supervision teams and contractors to ensure compliance with design intent.

We are looking for motivated Fresh / Junior Infrastructure Design Engineers to join our growing team at MYN Consultants Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam (Kota Kemuning). This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and junior engineers to gain practical experience by working on infrastructure projects across Selangor and other states in Malaysia, with exposure to project planning, design, and implementation in a professional Civil & Structural engineering consultancy environment.

Requirements
