Job summary

TOPOINT BUILDER SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Design Engineer to join our civil engineering team. You will design structures and infrastructure and prepare submissions for authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, has at least 2 years in design, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Willing to travel and work full time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years in civil/structural design field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Design structural and infrastructural elements.
• Prepare submission drawings for authorities.
• Prepare tender drawings and construction documents.
• Liaise with authorities for submissions.
• Coordinate site issues with client, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Attend meetings with relevant parties.
