Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Drafting or a related field.
• Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to produce high-quality technical drawings
• Demonstrated experience in civil and structural engineering drafting, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Able to read and interpret structural engineering drawings and technical information.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the engineering team

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed civil and structural engineering drawings using CAD software
• Collaborate with engineers to interpret design specifications and translate them into technical drawings
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Conduct routine checks and quality control on drawings to ensure adherence to industry standards and client requirements
• Support the project team by providing drafting and design assistance as needed
• Ensure all drawings follow the company's drafting standards, project requirements and relevant Malaysian codes, guidelines and authority requirements.
• Manage assigned drawing works and meet project submission deadlines.

About the role

Join our dynamic Civil & Structural consultancy team in Kuala Lumpur and gain hands-on experience working on a diverse portfolio of high-rise, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing
