Job summary

PET WORLD NUTRITIONS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the confectionery marketing efforts. You will build the brand, understand consumer needs, and develop strategies to drive sales and growth across channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, Production, and Operations, manage campaigns, monitor performance, and lead the marketing team to execute innovative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
• Experience in brand management, product marketing, and campaign development.
• Good understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends.
• Strong communication, creative, and analytical skills.
• Good project and team management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for confectionery products.
• Understand consumer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop brand positioning, marketing plans, and product strategies.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and other channels.
• Work closely with Sales, R&D, Production, and Operations teams on new products and promotions.
• Monitor product performance, sales, distribution, and consumer feedback.
• Identify new market and product opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign ROI and KPIs.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent brand image and communication across all marketing activities.
• Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
