• Malaysian citizen
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates welcome with strong learning attitude
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an added advantage

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours (8-hour shift)

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and portioning according to recipes and food safety standards
• Assist in cooking and assembling menu items, following recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace, including equipment, floors, and food preparation areas
• Adhere to Halal and food safety regulations at all times
• Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly to minimize waste and ensure freshness
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues to the manager
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours
