• 7+ years in product management and operations, with senior leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated digital asset environments and fintech.
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchange or VASP is a plus.
• Strong budget, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum practices and product discovery.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product roadmap in collaboration with technology, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to sunset planning.
• Drive JTBD-based discovery and prioritise investments.
• Oversee operations calendar, SOPs, and cross-functional planning.
