Job summary

Kenanga Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of Digital Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of digital investment products. You will translate business strategy into delivery roadmaps with governance across scope, timeline, cost, quality, risk, and regulatory compliance.

You will own the delivery roadmap, oversee Agile/Hybrid execution, ensure release readiness, and manage vendor and partner delivery while embedding QA and secure SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 10+ years in technology delivery with 3–5 years in senior delivery leadership roles.
• Strong Investment domain knowledge.
• Strong executive communication skills, programme management capability, and experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Digital Investment Product Delivery: Own delivery roadmap, manage Agile/Hybrid execution, ensure release readiness and operational stability.
• Programme & Project Governance: Provide delivery governance, manage scope changes, escalations, and governance reviews.
• Architecture & Solution Oversight: Review solution designs, guide technical decisions, ensure scalability, security and resilience.
• AI Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI applications in digital investment products.
• Quality, Risk & Regulatory Readiness: Embed quality assurance, secure SDLC practices and regulatory compliance into delivery lifecycle.
• Vendor & Partner Delivery Management: Manage vendors, integrations, acceptance criteria and transition to operations.
